Shipping

1—Order Processing

In order to get your Normy to you as fast as possible, orders are fulfilled right away and we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has been placed. We highly encourage you to double check your order details before placing it.

Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Most orders placed by 12:00PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST or on Saturday/Sunday or holidays will ship on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

2—Shipping Options & Rates

All orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx.

Standard Shipping (Canada)

  • $10

  • Shipping Time: 4-9 business days

Express Shipping (Canada)

  • $30

  • Shipping Time: 1-3 business days

International Shipping

  • $50

  • Shipping Time: 4-9 business days

Free Shipping (Canada)

We're happy to offer free shipping on orders over $200 in Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).

Free shipping will automatically be applied to orders that are over $200 before taxes and after discounts are applied.

3—Delivery Coverage & Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) and the U.S (excluding Hawaii, Alaska & military addresses).

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote regions at this time.

Additional fees may apply for rural/remote addresses.

4—Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package leaves our warehouse.

Carriers we commonly use include Canada Post & FedEx (depending on destination).

5—Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to. Since Normy is an Ontario-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery, as the shipment is not traversing any borders.

For U.S. and international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6—Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier claim.

7—Return Eligibility

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak holiday volumes may impact delivery. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Returns

8—Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/packaged and in the same condition that you received them in.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the arrival date of your package. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't fill out our return form, you do not qualify for a return.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

9—Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please fill out the form below. A member of our team will reach out to you within 1 business day to let you know if you are eligible for a return.

10—Refunds

Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, we can provide a refund on the payment method used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). Please remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, therefore refunds won't be issued immediately.

Refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

11—Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can place a new order once your refund has been issued.

12—Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

13—Damages, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at care@fornormy.com within 7 days of delivery.
